Notes:
The Scharf class Corvettes were conceived as a way to engage smaller fleet
vessels with light, inexpensive craft and soften them up for the slower moving
battle fleet of the NSL navy. The Scharf's role is that of a hit and run
platform delivering its payload and then retiring to support the larger
vessels in the fleet.
