Notes:
Inspired by the successful design of the Fearless (CL) the Nike is a
heavy cruiser version of the same. It has the exact same systems as the
Fearless with the addition of two Class 2. It is serves in the same role
as the Fearless, with the addition of providing support for the NIR's few
capital ships.
