Notes:
[Data note: Cost recalculated from the original "Cost: 226" to "Cost: 204" - ftsrj.js's cost calculator (confirmed accurate against Fleet Book 1's own "Mass and Points Cost Table") doesn't reconcile with this ship's originally declared cost; the original submission's declared cost never matched its own listed components. The bracketed figure is the cost with a standard fighter complement aboard, present only for ships with Fighter Bays.]
To enhance their missile potential the FSE developed a small medium-sized ship
which carries several of the ATLAS-12 missiles, the NEMPHOS class light
cruiser. They are weak-hulled ships, and so are loathe to enter into a beam
battery engagement. To offset this, the developers added armour plating to the
hull to boost its staying power in case any enemy force got close enough for a
few pot-shots before the CLG could scurry away.
