Notes:
Realizing their Achilles Heel against missile and fighter swarms, the ESU
attempted to fill this gap by building the KRIVAK Class escort frigate.
Unfortunately, while cheap compared to other escort ships, it had almost no
staying power in combat, and could not dish out any appreciable damage. In
addition to that, in order to be of any worth this class of ship could not be
assigned as the sole anti-fighter/missile platform of a squadron. So usually
2 or more were assigned, if at all.
