Notes:
The Fearless is the mainstay light cruiser of the NIR. It is used extensively
in system patrol, convoy escort, and anti-piracy roles, and is the most
well-known and ubiquitous ship in the NIR fleet. It's success has led to the
introduction of fleet escort and topedo boat variants, although the primary
configuration is by far the most common.
