The ALBACORA class ship was developed by the FSE as an answer to the NSL's
WALDBURG/M missile destroyers by mounting the heavy [class-3] battery forward.
But even with their great maneuverability, by having such few numbers this
class proved difficult to employ effectively in combat. Its real worth is not
yet known.
